Quite literally, sustained meditation leads to something called neuroplasticity, which is defined as the brain's ability to change, structurally and functionally, on the basis of environmental input.

Using the left and right brain functions during the ART OF THE SOUL Art Meditation supports a shift in consciousness and a deepening of awareness. The focus of this workshop is to open you up to new possibilities and perspectives in a creative and spiritual way. Open to all faiths.
